With 15 years of experience in making prototypes, we know how to get the job done right and fast. our turn around times are unheard of with same week shipping being the norm. offering services from product design, engineering, short run production. From automotive/aerospace to commercial products, we have done it all. From composites to tool steels. If you give us a solid model, we can make a mold for it.

Aerospace and Mold-Making

We have experience in both Metal and composite milling from invar to honeycomb. We can also design a layup mold around a part with given specifications.

3D Printing

We are in the process of perfecting our 3D Printing Dept. but when it comes online, we will have a 30"Dia X 30"High work area for up to 3 different extruded materials in sync with three separate nozzles running through a single hotend. We will post videos here as soon as they become available.

Capabilities

A CNC Mill with a 40"X16"X16" work area and a Proprietary Delta FDM 3D Printer with a 30"X30"X30" work area. We also offer plating and anodizing services on anything we manufacture.

My Vision

When we first started designing our 3d printer, we tried to have parts made by local machine shops. After a few thousand dollars and a bunch of scrap parts, We realized that there is a serious need for someone who actually knows how to make a prototype and can ask all of the important questions to make sure that you receive not only a part that looks nice, but works and hits all of the tolerances. Our business goal is to help other business get off the ground by offering reasonable pricing for turning their design concept into reality with a combination of additive and subtractive manufacturing.
